1. Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the kla88 platform and its user ("you" or "member"). By using the kla88 website, mobile version, or any related services, you fully agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use any kla88 services. Creating an account, logging in, or participating in any gaming activity on the platform will be treated as your explicit acceptance of these Terms.

kla88 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create an account and use kla88 services:

You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only.
You must operate the account in your own name and for yourself.
Each person may create and operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
Do not use this platform if online betting or gaming is legally prohibited in the region where you reside.

kla88 may request relevant documents at any time as part of the identity verification (KYC) process. Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation

The information you provide when creating an account on kla88 must be accurate, complete, and up to date. kla88 reserves the right to immediately cancel any account created with false information, and any funds in that account may be forfeited.

3.2 Password Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. You must notify kla88 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are personally responsible for all activities carried out through your account, unless you can demonstrate that unauthorized access to the account occurred.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

The currently approved payment methods on the kla88 platform are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits and withdrawals can be made through these three mobile financial services. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction for each method.
Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000.

4.3 Withdrawal Process

Approved withdrawals from verified accounts are generally processed within 1 hour. However, withdrawals may be delayed if irregular activity is detected or a verification process is ongoing.

4.4 Prohibited Financial Activities

Making deposits or withdrawals using another person's payment account.
Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
Fraudulent use of chargebacks or refund claims.

kla88 has the right to freeze the relevant account and funds if such activities are detected.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on kla88 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has its own validity period; if not used within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
Manipulating or fraudulently exploiting an account to claim bonus benefits will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account closure.
kla88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts within the same household or from the same device will be treated as fraud.

6. Gaming Code of Conduct

6.1 Fair Play

kla88 is committed to maintaining a safe and fair-play environment. All game processes are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial outcomes.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Using software, bots, or automation tools for gaming.
Any attempt to manipulate gaming outcomes.
Colluding with other players to place bets.
Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
Fraud, threats, or abuse directed at kla88.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

In any gaming-related dispute, kla88's server logs will be treated as the final evidence. In disputes arising from connection loss or technical issues, kla88's decision is final.

7. VIP Program & Cashback

kla88's VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your regular gaming activity and account history. All decisions regarding VIP membership are at kla88's discretion. Certain conditions may need to be met before cashback can be withdrawn.

kla88 reserves the right to modify VIP program terms, adjust benefits, or discontinue the program at any time.

8. Account Suspension & Closure Policy

8.1 Closure by kla88

kla88 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Any violation of these Terms.
Providing a false identity or information.
Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
Bonus abuse or manipulation of betting.
Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting the kla88 support team. It is advisable to withdraw all valid balances before closing the account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kla88's total liability will in no circumstance exceed the amount held in your account at the time the claim is made.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the kla88 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of kla88. Copying, distributing, or commercially using any part of this content without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, etc.) is protected under their respective intellectual property laws.

13. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable law will be followed in the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms. In the event of any dispute, resolution will first be attempted through negotiation. If negotiation fails, mandatory arbitration proceedings will be followed.
